Seeking information on Henry Von Behren and Elizabeth (Ella) Huxoll Von Behren.

What better way to introduce my new series of genealogy posts than on behalf of a fellow Von Behren genealogist. In the coming weeks I will begin featuring short bios of various ancestors with their vital statistics and any other pertinent information. Where I have the material, I would love to also include personal and colorful stories to illustrate the person’s life and times. As you can see below, I have very little information on Henry and Ella Von Behren. But I’m fortunate to have a scan of their wedding photo, which arrived one day out of the clear blue sky.
A “Good Samaritan” from Iowa found a photo album, in a barn, I believe, if I’m remembering the story correctly, which included photos of several Von Behrens, all of whom happened to be Dan’s ancestors. This genealogy angel, who is no relation to the VB’s, was gracious enough to send me scans of all of the photos. I’ve now received an inquiry from a fellow Von Behren about what might have happened to the originals, but I have not been able to get in touch with the donator.
